After looking at my training plan last week, I realized that the first day of training is not until Thursday of this week (September 5th). Therefore, I have the day to not really rest, but to labor on my law school reading instead. However, I signed up for the gym this morning. I will be having to do a lot of my running on the dreadmill during the week due to my very packed schedule. I also went food shopping and loaded my cart with lots of carbs to keep my muscles fueled this training season.
